The Freelancer Best Practice Checklist is a chance for organisations to health check the way they work with freelancers. The process is about supporting organisations to improve working practices and hopefully help foster more collaborative, harmonious and fruitful relationships between freelancers and organisations. Freelancers make up a significant percentage of the cultural workforce, if we are to continue to develop and grow the arts, heritage and cultural sector in the North East we all have a role to play in the development and growth of our workforce.
